On Monday, the venue opens at 9AM when we resume registration. The parallel sessions will start at 9:30. Breakfast will not be served at the venue.

Posters may be displayed from Monday morning until Thursday afternoon. Please remove your poster and take it home by Thursday afternoon coffee break.
The LAAC event for the early-carrier researchers will be held on Monday evening soon after the session at the Beer Garden located on 5F of ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama. Registered attendees must purchase an admission ticket at the registration desk beforehand. The price is 1000 yen per person and only cash will be accepted.
On Wednesday evening, we will have the networking dinner banquet at the banquet hall Ohtori on 3F of the official hotel, ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama.
Lunch plan:
On Thursday, we will have an LVK networking lunch at restaurants of DAIWA department store. Meal tickets will be distributed starting Wednesday afternoon coffee break time. Please browse the menus of each restaurant and pick up the ticket of your choice. Seating is limited, so the early bird gets the worm. Allergy information and vegetarian options are not available, so please pick up your lunch at the conference center if applicable.
