- Main sessions of the 2023 September LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA meeting will be held from Monday, September 11 to Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Toyama International Conference Center, with the Coatings Workshop and KAGRA f2f meeting on September 15. The September 2023 LVK meeting is organized by the LVK meeting organizing committee consisting of ICRR, The University of Tokyo, Toyama University, and RESCEU, The University of Tokyo.

- Fees are payable by credit cards at the time of online registration. Please contact us if your name does not show up in the list within one week after you have registered. Due to the credit card company's system, the registration fee applicable on the date of payment will be collected, instead of the one at the time of registration.
The UPMI and LMIC rates apply for those who have an affiliation in upper middle income countries and lower middle income countries determined by the World Bank and are directly coming from such regions for this meeting, respectively. See here for classification.
- Cancellation requests received by August 20 will be refunded by bank transfer with a 20% handling charge. Cancellations after August 20 will not be honored.
- If you need a supporting document issued by us to obtain a visa to enter Japan, please fill out the following document and send it to the e-mail address shown in the form by July 25, 2023.
