Registration fee
The registration fee for the conference is 10,000 Japanese Yen (JPY). Please be prepared to pay this amount in cash upon your arrival at the conference site. We regret to inform you that we can only accept cash payments and are unable to accommodate other forms of payment. Thank you for your understanding.
Banquet fee
We plan to have a banquet on November 1st. Further details will be announced later. The banquet fee is 5000 JPY. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the conference site. Registration for the banquet closes on September 10th (closed) . If you wish to attend, we kindly ask you to register before this date. Due to limited number, registration for the banquet may be on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for cancellations is also September 10th.
