On-site participation

Considering the current situation of Covid-19 in Japan, we accept only domestic people to participate on-site. The number of participants on-site is limited to 80 at maximum. If the number exceeds 80, we do not accept more on-site participation and ask them to participate online.

We will not have a banquest to avoid the spread of the Covid-19.

Registration fee

The registration fee is 2000 JPY for on-site participants and free for online participants. Please pay in cash when you arrive at the workshop site.

Travel support

We can support travel expenses for on-site participants, particularly for students. If you would like to request a travel support, please answer to the question in the registration form. As our budget for travel supports is limited, we may not be able to accept all the requests.
