 Abstract: We have shown that the modified Einstein equations due to local invariance describe the dark matter of universe. We also applied the scale invariance to standard model. We have written the action in the d dimension, which respect the scale invariance. Using this action we have calculated the contribution  to the cosmological constant due to massless gauge fields and fermion fields, and shown that this is zero.The effective cosmological constant in this theory  is non zero due to phenomenon of cosmological symmetry breaking.
