All mass scales, including the Planck, see-saw/leptogenesis and electroweak scales are generated via the quantal Coleman-Weinberg mechanism using dimensional transmutation. Using hidden sectors, we make this hierarchy of scales technically natural. The theory can accommodate a dark matter sector.
